DISGORGEMENT CHEZ ROBINOT

After spending seven hours in a tiny hire car, this was perhaps the best thing we could have hoped for when arriving to meet Jean-Pierre Robinot at his farm in Chahaignes. Within five minutes we had trudged down to the cave for aperitif in the form of a magnum of L’As des Années Folles 2013, disgorged on the spot. It tasted like heaven.
