On Monday 13th of May we welcome Jacopo from Ajola, Trish from Gazzetta and Tim from Manon to Towpath for a special dinner celebrating their wines.
Unusually, this was an event organised by the growers themselves. The three share a love of nature, farming and pure, soulful wines and when Tim and Mon mentioned they’d be visiting our shores, they suggested Trish and Jacopo join them and a plan was hatched to host a dinner on the canal at their friend Laura’s restaurant.
Dinner will begin at 7pm, with long tables set out along the canal and Laura cooking a beautiful four course menu celebrating the best of spring’s bounty. Alongside, we will be pouring wines from each of the three growers, with Jacopo, Trish and Tim on hand to share the story behind what’s in your glass.
