Join us on Monday 3rd November at 7pm at Terroirs in Charing Cross for an evening with Gabrio Bini, his wines and products from the Serragghia farm. This will be the first time in two years that Gabrio has come to London and to celebrate we are hosting a wine dinner unlike any other.
Choosing which chef to work with for this one was easy, as our friend Ed Wilson drinks more of Gabrio’s wine than anyone else in London and has a way of treating great produce with utmost respect.
Ed will be cooking five courses using capers, oregano, vinegar and colatura di alici from the Serragghia farm. We have been lucky enough to secure some rare bottles and large formats from Gabrio for the evening and will be pouring the following wines, with Gabrio on hand to explain the ins and outs of each:
