On Sunday 21st of July we are hosting an extended aperitivo at Behind This Wall in Hackney.
This time around we are celebrating the wonderful spirits of Argalà and the guys from the bar have put together a list of classic cocktails with an Italian accent such as the Besimauda Spritz featuring Argalà’s Bitter Aperitivo, Quarticello’s Despina, soda & orange.
Aperitivo is nothing without a bite to eat and we’ve invited our friends from Towpath to take care of that. The bar will be piled high with their takes on cicchetti. We’re talking anchovy buns, devilled eggs, all sorts of tramezzini, salt cod crostini & more.
Our friend Gianni Rosato will have the pleasure of playing music on Factory Records’ producer Martin Hannett’s old Tannoy Gold soundsystem, ensuring the airwaves are as warm as a Mediterranean sunset.
There will be food, wine and music from 6pm. You don’t need to book, so please drop by whenever suits for a bite to eat and a cocktail or two.
