In a generous vintage such as 2018, Alice makes a truly dazzling number of cuvées. Following her instincts in the cellar, there is no recipe to the winemaking, which produces individual wines of real character. The common thread is a kind of boundless boundless energy and each is as vibrant and delicious as the last.
