After a nice rest in our cellars, it is time to share a wild and wonderful wine very much suited to the season from Anders Frederik Steen and Anne Bruun Blauert.
As always, their creative ways in the cellar breed wines that show familiar grapes and places in a different guise. Wines from the Ardéche are difficult enough to pigeonhole and such is their originality, these often feel impossible to put into context. That being said, this certainly feels resolutely Southern and fits the mould of the house style.
