After sharing some great moments with Christophe here in London last month, we are thrilled to have received another collection of his beers just in time for the holiday season.
Whether vibrant infusions of fruit and herbs or the fascinating collaborations he embarks on with France’s great vignerons, the pristine beers he brews in his little brasserie in the shadows of Mont Blanc have been very well received since our initial release, finding their way into restaurants, wine bars and shops all over the UK.
These latest releases delve deeper into his boundless creativity. We are thrilled to offer the brasserie’s iconic Vivante de Terre for the first time. A beer of real Alpine freshness, it is infused with over a dozen herbs picked in the surrounding mountains. Alongside, there are some delicious seasonal fruit beers, as well as two aged on the lees from one of our favourite grape varieties, Chenin.
