After her whirlwind tour of London this week, it gives us great pleasure to share a handful of new releases from Alice Bouvot of Domaine de l’Octavin.
Alice farms five hectares of vineyards planted in some of the Jura’s very best lieu-dits. With a fanatical approach to biodynamic farming, the vines teem with life and are amongst the most beautiful parcels we have seen.
To feed her insatiable curiosity, she also looks further afield and harvests grapes at with trusted friends across France, making for an equally exciting range of négociant wines.
No matter the cuvée the common thread is a kind of boundless energy, where each wine is as vibrant and delicious as the last.
