After her visit to London back in spring, it gives us great pleasure to share a handful of new releases very much suited to summertime from Alice Bouvot’s Domaine de l’Octavin.
As well as farming five hectares of vineyards in her native Jura, to feed her insatiable curiosity, Alice also looks further afield and harvests grapes with trusted friends both in the region and elsewhere in France, making for an exciting range of négociant wines which are the focus of this release.
Today we share two excellent pétillants, alongside a brace of light, bright and vibrant reds from the Jura which are perfect served chilled.
