Having worked together for many years, we are happy to say that these latest releases from Anjou vigneron Jérôme Lambert represent some of his best work to date.
Jérôme is undoubtedly one of the Loire’s unsung heroes, farming a total of four hectares of Chenin Blanc, Gamay and Grolleau dotted around the countryside near Rablay-sur-Layon, planted over veins of schist and sandy loam. He has worked organically from the outset and has been making wine without any additions for several decades, garnering a reputation for producing wines of real energy and verve.
This latest release includes a new vintage of his achingly pure Chenin Blanc, Coule de Source and perhaps the best iteration yet of his Grolleau, Le Zu deFruit.
Jérôme’s wines are now available on Tutto a Casa
