New from Manon

Ahead of Tim’s arrival in London this weekend and amidst some timely sunshine, we are excited to share some beautiful wines from one of Australia’s most exciting growers, Manon.

Tim and Mon’s farm is perhaps the most beautiful we’ve visited. Surrounded by native forest, it sits right at the top of the Forest Range on a ridge some six hundred metres above sea level, with views all the way down to the Indian Ocean at the Gulf of Saint Vincent. The elevation and cool breezes from the gulf make for a long, slow ripening period, whilst the complex and varied soils lend the wines their compact nature and distinctive mineral character.

The two moved here in 2016 and have spent the best part of a decade devoting themselves to the land, working with the utmost respect for nature and the kind of care and consideration that is difficult to find. The fruits of their labour are plain to see in this latest collection of wines, which are pure, nourishing and alive.

The wines are now available on Tutto a Casa

If you’d like to meet Tim, he will be pouring the wines alongside Trish from Gazzetta and Jacopo of Ajola, and plenty of delicious Thai food this Sunday 12th of May from noon at Smoking Goat in Shoreditch.

You can book a table via the restaurant’s website or just drop by for a glass or two.
