| We are happy to be sharing another three new releases from Alice Bouvot of Domaine de l’Octavin. All three wines are from her native Jura, with a new vintage of her iconic Trousseau from Les Corvées in Montigny-lès-Arsures sitting alongside two highly original expressions of Poulsard grown by friends as part of her Hip Hip J… négociant project. As ever with Alice, the wines display a real lightness of touch and an incredible amount of energy.
