Next Tuesday 15th October we will be hosting a very special dinner with Nino Barraco at Bright in London Fields.
Nino’s beautiful vineyards hug the coastline of Marsala in Western Sicily and the wines he produces from local varieties Catarratto, Grillo and Zibibbo are unique expressions of this wonderful place. For the occasion, Nino has dug deep into his cantina and we’ll be pouring verticals of his Catarratto and Grillo, alongside his full range of wines by the glass, bottle and as special flights from bottles big and small.
Chefs Pep Belvedere and Will Gleave have written a menu inspired by Nino’s wines and their time spent on the island. Expect things like chickpea falafel & sea urchin, a chicken offal panino, citrus salad, pasta al tonno, crudo of scarlett prawns, polpette of red mullet, rabbit agrodolce and of course, plenty of dolci.
The restaurant will be open from 6pm and both food and wine will be available a la carte.
