From old vineyards of Aspro Potamisi, this was foot trodden and pressed off to vats for two years of élevage. A brilliant shade of gold in the glass, this immediately draws you in with sunkissed apricots and gentle notes of sea breeze and brine. The palate displays a wonderful density and fluidity, with a pleasant, almond-like bitterness adding plenty of intrigue.
