From old vineyards of Aspro Potamisi, the majority of the grapes were foot-trodden and pressed off to vats for two years of élevage, whilst a small percentage was macerated and aged in terracotta amphorae. Deep amber in the glass, this draws you in with warm stone fruits and gentle honeyed notes, whilst the palate displays a wonderful density, with a pleasant, almond-like bitterness adding plenty of intrigue.
