From old vineyards of Aspro Potamisi, this spent three days macerating on the skins, before being foot trodden and pressed off to vats for two years of élevage. A striking shade of amber in the glass, this immediately draws you in with sunkissed stone fruits and heady notes of sea breeze and brine. The palate displays a remarkable density and fluidity, with a pleasant, almond-like bitterness adding plenty of intrigue.
