A blend of Macabeo and Parellada from vines young and old planted over clay and limestone in Vilalba dels Arcs, pressed directly to vat where the wine rested for nine months. It is a vivid hazy shade of gold with aromas of chalk and citrus that really jump out of the glass. A gentle spritz carries delicate flavours of sea salt, minerals and lemon, making for an invigorating aperitif.
