Gewürztraminer from a parcel of twenty five year old vines planted over clay and limestone in Obernai, fermented as whole bunches for a week before being pressed off to barrels for a short élevage. From a vintage so suited to aromatic grapes, the wine’s filigree tannins frame complex flavours of zest, minerals and rose.
