From a cool vintage, the fruit comes from forty year old vines of Aleatico and is fermented with whole bunches for two weeks in cement, de-stemmed and spends a further two weeks on skins, followed by another two years in 500 litre casks. This really shows the cooler side of vintage, with beautiful scents of wild flowers and mint.
