A rare treat, from a late harvest of Nino’s oldest vines of Grillo. This spent a couple of hours on the skins, before being pressed off to a single old chestnut cask. It rested there for seven years under flor, garnering weight and complexity. A deep, golden, wine full of dried fruits, salt and spice. It is a glimpse into the Marsala of old.
