Amphora Bianco


A blend of equal parts of Verdeca and Chardonnay, destemmed and fermented on the skins for a week, before ageing in terracotta amphorae until the following February. With a delicate nose of chalky minerals and brine, this is lean, clean and mineral, with fine tannins and refreshing notes of sea salt and lemon zest.
