A wonderful expression of Merlot. This was fermented in cuve as whole bunches for a couple of weeks, before being pressed off to barrels for twenty months of élevage. Pale red in the glass, it is remarkably delicate, with soft tannins and gentle notes of red fruits, minerals and herbs.
