A wonderful expression of Merlot. This was fermented in cuve as whole bunches for a couple of weeks, before being pressed off to the barrel. It was bottled in June 2019 after almost three years of élevage and impresses with savoury notes of black fruits, herbs and brine. Just one barrel was made.
