A wonderful expression of Merlot. This was fermented in cuve as whole bunches for a couple of weeks, before being pressed off to barrels for twenty months of élevage. Reflecting the vintage this is deeper and darker than previous years, with neat tannins framing notes of blackberry, minerals and herbs.
