When it comes to Beaujolais Villages, no one does it quite like Romuald. This particular iteration comes from a fifty year old parcel within the Brouilly appellation in the village of QuinciƩ, planted over granite at an elevation of around four hundred metres above sea level. Luminous in the glass, it pairs crisp fruit and refreshing minerals to brilliant effect. A true wine for the table, especially when alongside the robust cuisine made famous in the bouchons of nearby Lyon.
