A veritable Tour de France, this vibrant pétillant comes from a curious blend of Chenin Blanc and Vermentino. The grapes were pressed directly and the wine began life in cuve, finished fermentation in the bottle and was disgorged in January of this year. A brilliant shade of gold, it impresses with gentle scents of citrus and herbs and offers a clean, salty finish, making for a formidable aperitif for the warmer months.
