This vibrant pétillant is made from a direct press of Vermentino, Roussanne, Marsanne and Muscat, from grapes picked in both the Vaucluse and Roussillon. Having begun fermentation in vats, the wine was then moved to bottle, where it rested for just a few months before disgorgement. Perfumed with ripe yellow fruit and garrigue, the palate is all zest, salt and pith. A wine that offers rare refreshment, this makes for a wonderful apéritif.
