Procanico from old vines trained in albarello and planted at a high density in their ‘La Chiesa’ vineyard. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for three weeks, before twenty months of rest in old casks. A brilliant shade of gold, it is compact and elegant with complex notes of smoke and exotic spice, and real power and poise.
