A blonde infused with grapefruit, verbena and hops in sandstone amphorae during fermentation, followed by six months of ageing in old barriques. Curiously, whilst it is the distinctive perfume of verbena which draws us in, the palate is all grapefruit pith and zest. A vibrant, invigorating beer that makes for a wonderful start to a meal.
