Chenin Blanc from forty year old vines planted over a fantastic terroir of red clay, limestone and silex. This is given a direct press straight to barrel, where it ferments and rests on lees for one year. Crisp and saline, with stony minerality and an incredible line of acid that really gets the juices flowing.
