Buriana Anfora


While Jacopo always ages a portion of Buriana in amphorae, in this vintage the resulting wine was so different he decided to bottle a small amount separately. A field blend of over dozen white grape varieties picked together, fermented on the skins for eight days and then pressed off to terracotta for a year, this is compact, elegant and really impresses with firm tannins, waves of minerals and a salty finish.
