This gorgeous sparkling wine encapsulates everything we love about Fernando’s inimitable style. An ancestral made from old vines of Palomino grown over the region’s emblematic soils, the wine spent an incredible six years sur lattes before disgorgement. As filigree and fine an example of the genre as we have tried, its gentle bubbles carry notes of chalk, minerals and sea salt, making for a tremendous aperitif.
