Verdeca from young vines planted over the limestone of the Murge plateau. The grapes were pressed directly to amphorae of porcelain until the following spring, producing a golden, textured white wine that combines citrus, chalk and sea salt to brilliant effect. A wine with a brilliant sense of place, this is brilliant alongside seafood.
