Colli Euganei, Veneto



Moscato Bianco with about ten percent of Garganega from two parcels. Some of the fruit was de-stemmed and macerated overnight, while the rest remained as whole bunches and spent three days on skins, before being pressed off to rest on its lees in concrete vats for a year. This is fruity and floral, open and inviting. An easygoing, delicious wine.
