Domaine de L’Octavin

A blend of equal parts Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris from the biodynamic vineyards of the Humbrecht family in Alsace. The grapes were fermented as whole bunches for ten days before being pressed off to cuve to rest until spring. The nose is thick with tropical fruit, rose and spice, while the palate offers a little tannin and a bitterness that complements this exuberance beautifully.
