A blend of Chardonnay and Molette picked in the vineyards of Domaine Trichon in Bugey. The fruit was pressed directly and left to rest in cuve until the following summer. Pale straw yellow in the glass, a touch of gas carries delicate scents of smoke and alpine flowers, with green citrus bringing refreshment in spades. A beautiful apéritif.
