Trousseau from vines over fifty year old planted over Jurassic marls in Les Corvées. This saw eight months of maceration in cuve with no pigeage or remontage. This is a little reduced upon opening, but with some air wows with wild, brambly fruits, mineral notes and wafts of spice.
