A blend of roughly three parts of Pinot Noir and one of Chardonnay, planted next to one another over limestone and marl in ‘En Arces’ in Arbois. The two varieties were infused as whole bunches in juice for two months before being pressed and returned to cuve for a year of rest. Bright cherry-red in the glass, it is featherweight on the palate, pairing red berries, blood orange and minerals to beautiful effect.
