A blend of roughly three parts of Pinot Noir and one of Chardonnay, planted next to one another over limestone and marl in ‘En Arces’ in Arbois. The two varieties were infused as whole bunches submerged in juice for two months before being pressed and returned to cuve for a year of rest. Bright, cherry-red in the glass, it is featherweight on the palate and pairs red berries, blood orange and minerals to beautiful effect.
