The cuvée formerly known as Damoiselle, this is Viognier from a parcel of sixty year old vines right next to Samuel’s house. Here the fruit was given a long, gentle press straight to cuve for a year of rest, producing a wine golden in colour and rich in flavour that offers ripe peach, white flowers and spice, along with the kind of energy that suggests it will age for many years to come.
