A blend of Cabernet & Merlot fermented separately and blended before a year of élevage in old barrels. As always this is the most fruit forward and primary of his reds and is plush with black, brambly fruits and savoury spice. There is a lovely density and purity to the fruit here that screams for a beautiful piece of meat.
