Gamay from a forty five year old vineyard planted over schist. The grapes were fermented as whole bunches for nine days, before being pressed off for a short rest in cuve. Bottled young and brimming with energy, this cooler year has produced a light, bright and vibrant wine that impresses with crisp red berries and a profound freshness. Achingly pure.
