Pinot Noir from a parcel of forty year old vines from a lieu-dit in Gevrey, which after just a fortnight fermenting as whole bunches, was pressed off to Georgian qvevris for a year of élevage. As always this is the most vibrant and wild of these wines in their youth, pairing gorgeous, brambly fruit with just a touch of sous bois funk.
