A single-vintage lambic, aged in old barrels for three years. Unusually, this is not refermented in the bottle, resulting in a still beer that is a little richer, fuller and more mellow in style. A rich shade of gold, it offers warm, honeyed notes and a deep, savoury complexity. A beer that will reward drinkers for many years to come.
