Glera from a vineyard in Valdobbiadene, the spiritual home of Prosecco. The vines are planted over clay and limestone on terraces in a natural amphitheatre in the shadow of theĀ  Dolomites. The grapes are macerated on the skins for three weeks and aged for a few months in old wooden casks and vat, producing a lively, hazy amber wine with plush stone fruits and a gentle spice.
