This beautiful expression of Gewürztraminer comes from young vines planted over clay and limestone in Ammerschwihr. The grapes were destemmed and macerated on the skins for two days, before being pressed to vats for a year. A hazy shade of gold, its neat tannins frame playful notes of white flowers and orange zest, making for the perfect apéritif.
