A field blend of seven red varieties from vineyards up to a hundred years of age, planted on hills of clay and limestone some two to three hundred metres above sea level. This spent just a day on skins, before being pressed off to vats for a year of rest. This rosato is very much of the cerasuolo ilk, pairing bright red cherries, blood orange bitters and a beautiful, cleansing acidity to great effect.
