This rosé of Grenache Noir comes from the couple’s own vineyards in Valgrand, pressed slowly over five days and aged for two years in old barriques. The resulting wine is a deep shade of sunset and heady with notes of bergamot and spice. Some flesh and grip tempers the richness on display here, making for a deeply savoury and highly original take on the genre.
