Gewürztraminer from the Bannwarth family’s vineyards in Obermorschwihr, Alsace. The grapes were pressed directly and left to ferment outside in cuve for four months, before five years of ageing in old barriques. The result is a wine of profound richness and intensity that pairs exotic fruits and rose with savoury, oxidative notes of salt, nuts and spice.
