Another masterful pet nat from Jérôme’, a rosé made from a direct press of young vines Gamay. This begins fermentation in cuve, before being transferred to bottle to finish fermentation. It spends eighteen months on lees before disgorgement by hand and is light, bright and vibrant, with a clean palate laden with little red fruits.
