A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer grown by the Bannwarth family in Obermorschwihr. The three wines were made individually and the barrels were assembled before bottling in the spring of 2024 after each had had over four years of elévage without topping up. The result is a deep, layered and complex oxidative wine that reveals itself slowly over time.
