Gioia del Colle, Puglia



This year Joha is made entirely of Susumaniello that is fermented on the skins for eight days before a short ageing in vat. A deep blackcurrant in colour, it is incredibly lively, offering an explosion of black and blue fruits, iron and brine. With plush fruit, fine tannins and long, lingering acidity, this is incredibly uplifting and a beautiful expression of grape and place.
